SHIPMENT  Shipment is made by express courier. When paying for the order, it is necessary to indicate: - the precise delivery address - your telephone number.

WE WILL NEED TO ADD A SUPPLEMENT COST For shipments to Switzerland, Serbia, Andorra and Gibraltar, Canary Islands-Ceuta-Melilla (Spain), Channel Islands (UK) Liechtenstein, Norway Turkey.

IMPORTANT Delivery is understood to be carried out on the ground floor. Deliveries in higher floors or below the road surface or other further services (e.g. delivery by telephone notice) must be considered as additional services to the normal transport and / or shipping contract and therefore taxed according to the fees to be agreed.  

INSURANCE Shipping can be insured on request and the insurance cost will be paid by the buyer. The cost of shipment varies according to the value of the insured good (s).

DELIVERY TIMES The object will be consigned to the express courier immediately after receipt of the payment (excluding  holidays).  Delivery expected in 5 working days.  The timing may vary in the case of: - locations not easily accessible - weather alert - very delicate items for which we will choose standard carriers, in order to guarantee the integrity of the goods on delivery.  All shipments - except those of the most fragile and delicate furniture and furnishings - are made by courier and are traceable.  Upon request - when processing the order - we will provide you with the data by email to follow the shipment.

COMPLAINTS In the event of anomalies in the receipt of the shipment or in the case of the arrival of damaged goods, you must immediately and accurately write the nature and reason of the problem on the courier's note.  Generalized reservations after the delivery will not be accepted.  In order to contest any disservices to the courier, it is therefore mandatory to report the non-integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery, otherwise no claim can be accepted.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW At the time of delivery, check the integrity of the packaging and also that of the product (in the case of fragile goods), indicating on the delivery note any anomalies found in the packaging and / or damage detected on the delivered product.  Any anomalies found in the packaging must be highlighted to the courier with the following wording "ACCEPTED WITH INTERNAL CONTROL RESERVE".  The reservation must be written on the copy of the bill that remains with the courier.  In the event of defective or non-compliant goods, refer to the rules established for returning the goods in the dedicated section of the site ("Right of withdrawal and return").  We remind you that the item must be returned either at the time of delivery (motivating the refusal) or shipped within 14 days of receipt.
